No. CapCut has never released a separate "Pro" APK. Pro is an in-app subscription linked to your account (how CapCut Pro works). A file named "CapCut Pro 9.8.0" is either:
- the normal official 9.8.0 build with a misleading name, or

Who should use CapCut 9.8.0?
